Retail Store Manager

    Role
    Reporting to the Area Manager, the position involves a hands on approach to all aspects of speciality retail store management in a fast paced environment, such as but not limited to:

    • Customer service and sales
    • Achieving sales and expense targets
    • Recruiting team members
    • Training and developing team members
    • Maintaining merchandising standards
    • Administration of receipts and expenses
    • Maintaining a safe and clean workplace

    Candidate
    The successful candidate will have at least two years experience in a similar role, during ????? ????? you will have acquired superior communication and people skills. Top organisational capability, allied to attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously, at times under pressure in meeting deadlines, are all key attributes to succeed in the role.
